These terms govern your use of the website cloudkit.pro, operated by Cloudkit Interiors Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202301028554 (1521437-H)). By browsing the site you accept them. Commissioned design and construction work is always governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties; where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement prevails.

1. About the content on this site

Project imagery, investment figures and programme durations shown on this site are illustrative of the studio’s work and typical engagements. They are an invitation to begin a conversation, not a quotation. Every fixed-sum figure we commit to is issued in a written proposal specific to your property after a site study.

2. Intellectual property

All text, photography, drawings and design concepts presented on this site belong to Cloudkit Interiors Sdn Bhd or its licensors. You may share links and short excerpts with attribution; reproduction of project imagery or written content for commercial purposes requires our written consent. Design documents produced within a commission remain the studio’s intellectual property, with the client licensed to use them for the commissioned property, as detailed in the engagement agreement.

3. Briefings and proposals

The initial private briefing carries no fee and no obligation on either side. Proposals remain open for acceptance for 30 days unless stated otherwise. The studio accepts a limited number of commissions each year and reserves the right to decline work at its discretion.

4. Website use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach its security, scraping content at scale, or submitting false or malicious enquiries. We may suspend access to the site for maintenance without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. While we keep its content current and accurate, we accept no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of website content without a signed engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

6. Third-party links

Where the site links to external resources, we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
