A commercial interior has one job: make the brand legible the moment someone steps in. We design boutiques, showrooms, clinics and workplaces that do that job — and we build them on retail deadlines.

The Approach

Every square foot must earn rent

We start from your numbers — footfall, basket size, consultation time, headcount — and plan the space to move those numbers. Then we give the brand its stage: materials with presence, lighting that flatters product and people, details customers photograph without being asked.

Mall fitout rules, bomba requirements and landlord submissions are our problem, not yours. Most retail commissions go from signed proposal to trading in six to ten weeks.

  • Concept, customer-journey planning and brand-material palette
  • Landlord and mall management submissions, bomba and permit compliance
  • Full construction drawings, M&E and lighting design
  • Custom display joinery, counters and feature elements
  • Night-works scheduling around trading hours where required
  • Defect-free handover aligned to your launch date

The honest numbers

Timeline

Six to ten weeks for most boutique and clinic fitouts; larger showrooms and offices are phased so you can keep operating.

Investment

Commercial commissions are priced per project on a fixed-sum basis, typically from RM 150,000 for boutique units. The figure in the proposal is the figure on the final invoice.

Opening day is not negotiable. Neither are we.
